Thank you for entering the 2017 MGMC Student Scholarship Competition.
Please follow the directions below.

1. Complete the form below for each student.

2, Enter the name of your school in the "Company" field.

3. Answer all applicable questions at the bottom of the form.

4. You will receive an email confirmation. Print this confirnation and attach to back of your project board. The confirmation is required  for us to access your registration information. 

5. If you are submitting a model, attach an additional copy to the bottom of your model base. 

6. If this is a group project, each student must complete a separate form and attach a printed copy of each confirmation to the back of the project boards.

7. Projects must be delivered to Architecture Center Houston at 315 Capitol Street, Ste 120 Houston, TX 77002 by 3pm on Friday April 21.
