2019 Gingerbread Build-Off Team Registration Form

Register your team for the 11th Annual Gingerbread Build-Off in Hermann Square at City Hall on Saturday, December 7, 2019. Competition is 10am-3pm with awards at 4pm. This event is hosted by Architecture Center Houston.

Please read the competition rules prior to registering.

Registration includes:

  • Aprons for 5 team members (student teams will receive 10 aprons)
  • 48" round presentation/work table
  • 8' x 30" work table
  • 2 chairs
  • A regulation foil covered base (approx. 24" x 24")
  • Basic gingerbread structural materials including:
  • Two 17" x  23" gingerbread sheets
  • Approx. 2lbs frosting
  • Red hots
  • Peppermint candies and canes
  • Gumdrops

You can use the Additional Materials Form to order a pop-up tent, and additional aprons, gingerbread and frosting anytime up to November 13th at 5pm.
