2023 Gingerbread Build-Off Team Registration Form

August 18, 2023 - November 10, 2023


Register your team for the 14th Annual Gingerbread Build-Off at Levy Park on Saturday, December 9, 2022 Competition is 10am-3pm with awards at 4pm. This event is hosted by Architecture Center Houston.

Please read the competition rules prior to registering.

Registration includes:

  • Aprons for 5 team members (student teams will receive 10 aprons)
  • 48" round presentation/work table
  • 8' x 30" work table
  • 2 chairs
  • A regulation foil covered base (approx. 24" x 24") - OPTIONAL

Basic gingerbread structural materials including:

  • Four 16" x  12" gingerbread sheets provided by Michael's Cookie Jar
  • Approx. 2lbs frosting in tub. Disposable piping bag provided.
  • Mix Bag of Candy: Red hots, Peppermint candies and canes, Gumdrops - OPTIONAL


You can use the Additional Materials Form to order a pop-up tent, and additional aprons, gingerbread and frosting anytime up to November 10th at 5pm.
