Sherri Shafiei | Page, Principal Lead Interior Designer
Working with you and developing your vision into a reality is what Sherri loves to do! Interior design has a direct effect on people and the environments they use every day. She thrives on designing solutions that surpass clients’ expectations and create spaces that everyone – patients, families, and staff – can enjoy. The people and how they will experience a space inspire her, whether it be an emergency department or a community center. Healthcare encompasses different aspects of design. From workplace and clinical to retail and dining to respite and wellness, you can find various design focuses all in one building. Sherri challenges herself every day to see what interior design can do and push beyond what’s possible to deliver a great project with the best results.
Steve Kopp, AIA, ACHA, Interior Design
Steve has devoted his career to designing spaces that heal, comfort, and enable people to live their healthiest, best lives. A medical planner and interior architect, he is widely recognized for his ability to uncover the intimate and often unarticulated needs of patients, families and care teams—and translate them into interior environments that play a direct role in the healing process.
For Steve, his work is about more than design. It’s about creating environments that act as a canvas for the human experience. His work spans the gamut of healthcare facilities, from pediatric hospitals and outpatient clinics to buildings for health education and research. Regardless of project type, he brings the latest evidence-based research—and endless amounts of heart—to create

Stephanie Carraway | HOK, Interior Designer
Stephanie Carraway has been in the design field for 10 years. Her husband and son keep her on her toes while juggling home/work balance. Designing has been her passion since I was eight years old when she would rearrange her mother's living room furniture while she was out grocery shopping; to having cut-outs of her furniture in her room to space plan for a new layout. She continues to endeavor learning and understanding design for a better experience for all users.
